Appomattox River Peanut Company is a family run Gourmet Peanut company that was established 8 years ago in Hopewell. A walk along the banks of the historic Appomattox River is what inspired owner, Randy Sealey to create a company that delivered a superior product above the competition. In 2002 Appomattox River Peanut Company was established as the only peanut processor in the area. Starting with one cooker in a small kitchen he developed his unique process over time until he achieved the ultimate peanut. Today the company is proud to say they have met the unique tastes of peanut lovers in the area and various parts of the world round.
